ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PROJECT BASE)

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support services to Compensation, Benefits and Payroll on the loan reconciliation and other related tasks for a fixed period of 1 year and works closely with the Benefits Specialist, Compensation Analyst and Payroll Accountant in the entire project duration. 

Required Skills:

  • Able to analyze information (e.g. loan data) and identify errors.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to multi-task and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Good reporting, problem solving, time-management and organization skills.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Keen to details.

Education and Experience:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business-related course.
  • At least 1-year of substantial work experience in administrative tasks, preferably in doing loan reconciliation.
