Job Purpose/Mission/Summary

The Direct eCommerce Operations Specialist is responsible for communication with service providers, coordination of Supply Chain activity and execution of reporting and payment processing tasks. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the success of direct eCommerce model for assigned geo, EMEA and WW eventually.
  • Develops the Direct eCommerce Operations / Process. Ownership of the process and the responsibility for continuous improvement.
  • Define and execute strategies to ensure the success of direct eCommerce.
  • Communication with Fulfillment, Payment Collection and Customer Support Partners.
  • Supply Chain Operations and Logistics Activity Coordination.
  • Conducts Inventory checks and Stocks rotations / management.
  • Coordinates Returns and process reconciliation.
  • Develop, measure, track and report on success metrics for the end-to-end process.
  • Develops and Create Sellout Report/s.
  • Develops process metrics.
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve all issues related to the end-to-end process.
  • Payment Processing Provider Activity.
  • Manage Merchant Accounts.
  • Coordinate Disputes (Process Refunds).

Education, Experience and Certifications Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • 3 years experience.
