Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Bank Operations Specialist
    • Execution of payment and collections
    • Collaboration with treasury
    • Manage operational effectiveness
    • Risk management and business control
    • Compliance to accounting and global payment execution policies
    • Management reporting
  • Corporate Card Admin
    • Administration of cardholder services and account maintenance
    • Management of cardholder delinquency
    • Payment posting verification
    • Implementation of commercial card projects
    • Drive compliance to accounting and global travel policies
    • Management reporting

Skills, Education and Experience:

  • BS Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management graduate
  • Minimum two (2) years of work-related experience with preference in the area of Banking, AP, AR, Finance, Treasury
  • Working knowledge of SAP is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: particularly in Excel
  • Above average oral and written English communication skills
  • Strong people and interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytical and strategic - emphasis on time management, problem solving, automation, and continuous improvement
  • Willing to work mid or 3rd shift (either permanent or rotational shifts) and extended hours
