The Training Support Specialist is responsible for the success of the online training program for the sales team as part of the sales enablement mandate. This person is responsible for the formatting, editing and accessibility of training modules for the sales team, as well as implementation and coordination of the training schedule with trainees as needed, collaborating with reports specialists to generate reports and dashboards, analyze and recommend opportunities to improve the online training program and implementation.
