Lexmark is looking for an experienced security or technology professional who can lead a highly effective team, defining and executing strategy, and executing security operations spanning technologies across Lexmark. This leader will guide a team responsible for working with various teams across business areas to make sure solutions meet security policies and standards. They will also be responsible for the team of security governance, architecture, and operations professionals who detect, respond, and defend Lexmark worldwide user’s and infrastructure.
This role will work with all areas within Lexmark to provide security related guidance to ensure program and project architecture adheres to applicable security standards and ensure operational efficiency for security operations. They will also work with various teams to develop and implement roadmaps for security initiatives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership, planning, coordination and oversight of Security Governance, Architecture and Security Operations staff in Cebu.
- Ensures security governance and compliance standards are met, and understood by stakeholders, on all assigned projects, services, and methodologies.
- Be an advocate and change leader for operational initiatives and processes with a goal of improving the overall culture and understanding of security throughout the organization.
- Assists the teams by helping them build their security expertise and develop operational models and metrics.
- Assist in global risk assessment process, working with all groups in Cebu to identify areas of risk and incorporate into IT risk assessment process.
- Leads the team to works closely with subject matter experts and other teams to develop and deliver a complete security solution for assigned projects.
- Works with the team to manage alerts, events, incidents, requests, and incident response.
- Leverage process improvements, sense of urgency, monitoring and automation to reduce incidents and MTTR with the goal of eliminating recurring incidents.
- Be a security leader seen as an expert in security policy and compliance requirements to further awareness across the enterprise.
- Effectively communicate security and compliance risks at all levels of the organization, including executive management.
Education, Experience and Certifications Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Experience working in Security Governance, Operations or Security Engineering/Architecture.
- 5-10 years' experience working in IT or Cybersecurity related fields.
- 3-5 years’ experience leading technical teams with or without direct reports.
- 3-5 years’ experience leading operational teams.

- CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- CISSP: (ISSAP or ISSEP): Information Systems Security Architecture or Engineering Professional
- CCSP: Certified Cloud Security Professional
