PROCESS ANALYST (F2P)

Business Area: Sourcing and Procure to Pay

Job Purpose/Mission/Summary

Assist in devising and designing process requirements for business, financial and operations critical to core Forecast to Pay functions.  Perform research & analysis of data in operational functions, policy & procedure knowledge, quality assurance & controls and system requirements in response to escalations & issues reported. Take the lead in generating & updating process documents based on his/her findings, with recommended improvements or new requirements. Drive collaboration among global internal stakeholders & business contacts to improve operations. Support operations in determining resource capacity requirements. Support operations in resolution of escalated & critical matters.

Competence, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Project Management
    • Experience in leading projects that require working with multi-disciplined teams; experience working with global and regional teams preferred.
    • Applied knowledge of analytical tools and project management tools; MS Project, Visio and MS Office experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to apply a systematic approach to problem solving; Lean / Six Sigma experience preferred.
  • Process Documentation
    • Experience in developing and documenting processes.
    • Experience in gathering and soliciting business/process/customer requirements.
  • Reporting
    • Preferably have experience in defining, monitoring, and reporting key metrics.
  • Communication
    • Ability to present and demonstrate complex procedures to diverse groups at various skill levels.
    • Intermediate communication and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Basic teaching
    • Accounting System / Computer Application Skills.
    • Intermediate knowledge in any accounting system programs and applications, especially SAP.
    • Intermediate knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel (Excel Formulas, Pivot tables, etc.) and MS PowerPoint.

Educations, Experience and Certifications Basic Requirements:

  • 3 years Finance experience preferably in payment processing, travel & purchasing card expense processes and treasury support.
  • Preferable work experience in Bank, Audit or Treasury.
  • Preferably completed A3 or JDI projects.
  • Obtained college degree on any 4-year course, preferably majoring in Business or Engineering.
