Job Purpose/Mission/Summary

The Content Design Project Manager (PM) is the team’s main link to the rest of the stakeholders across product development and service delivery teams. The Content Design PM leads the planning, development, and delivery of information products that support Lexmark and/or Lexmark OEM worldwide product announcement and release requirements, ensuring compliance with corporate and industry standards.  

Your typical day will include:

  • Setting, observing, and re-evaluating project priorities frequently.
  • Sifting through data and information quickly and identifying what is important and what isn’t.
  • Cultivating and relying on extensive informal networks inside and outside of Content Design to solve problems.
  • Asking good questions and listening to all stakeholders.
  • Tracking and adhering to communication schedules.
  • Building domain expertise in your area of responsibility.
  • Exercising independent and fair consensus-building skills in issue resolutions.
