HRIS ANALYST

Job Summary:

The Asia Pacific HRIS Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of Human Resource systems within Lexmark’s Asia Pacific community. This will include, but is not limited to support, model design, testing & deployment, and the ongoing administration of applications. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years PeopleSoft HRMS techno functional or related experience including system support, integration, design, analysis, and implementation.
  • Has Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (cross-cultural, communications, negotiation).
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Experience with global companies is a plus.
