The HR Business Partner is the strategic business partner to the Leadership and Management Team for specified Business Units. They are required to drive the systemic organizational people strategy and agenda for their respective area.
The role is responsible for a variety of human resources programs and policies, often encompassing several areas of human resources, including organizational development, employee and labor relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits or personnel research. Assignments may include development, implementation, and evaluation of programs or policies, and may focus on service delivery within a segment of the organization, providing advice and recommendations. May work with or manage external vendors to develop, administer, and/or evaluate programs.
