NSA COMPLIANCE SYSTEM ANALYST

Job Purpose/Mission/Summary
NSA compliance system analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s compliance with our National Security Agreement with the CFIUS Monitoring Agencies (U.S. Departments of Defense and Homeland Security). This position will focus on the compliance program’s tools and initiatives.
This position will be in Cebu, Philippines and will report locally to the Internal Audit Manager but will receive all directions from the NSA Compliance Manager located in Lexington, KY, USA corporate HQ.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage system workflows, system access, access revalidations, and assist in preparation and monitoring of compliance training.
- Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality as this position has access to information not broadly accessible within the organization.
- Provide first level technical support for compliance tools and reporting.
- Communicate and interact with personnel and management at all levels across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other relevant area.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with SharePoint and interaction of other Microsoft suite of products.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT security, governance or compliance role.
- Strong judgment, decision-making, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to prioritize and implement multiple complex projects.
- Exposure to sensitive information requires confidentiality and the use of discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
