Job Purpose/Mission/Summary

The Hardware Quality Assurance Engineer evaluates the performance of printer hardware and technology modules to ensure the quality of products for the customers.

Your typical day will include:

  • Evaluating product quality to ensure that product requirements and customer expectations are met from a reliability, functionality, performance, and usability perspective.
  • Creating product reliability test plans and leading the execution of test activities.
  • Data gathering, analysis and communicating the results to the stakeholders.
    • Logging and tracking issues and findings from the test activities.
    • Summarizing and reporting system performance and quality metrics.
  • Collaborating with the development team and other stakeholders in driving resolution to issues observed in testing and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Providing detailed product risk assessment as it relates to the impact on program schedule, costs, and quality.

We invite you to join our team if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
  • Experience in quality assurance work, testing, and any related quality systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
  • Adaptable, collaborative and can work effectively with cross functional teams of different cultures and backgrounds.
