PRODUCT SUSTAINABILITY SPECIALIST

Job Purpose/Mission/Summary
The Product Sustainability Specialist is a key member that supports the corporate sustainability strategy and operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, coordinate with section owners and publish ECMA-370 TED disclosures on new products and recertifications.
- Prepare, update and publish WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Disassembly Guides.
- Manage Supplier Document of Compliance review and monitoring process.
- Maintain and develop features for various sustainability Power BI reports.
- Collaborate and coordinate with different groups including development, global sourcing and suppliers.
- Monitor and Update Master list of Regulatory Standards.
- Product Power Rating Label reviews on packaging artworks and Product Information Guides (PIGs).
Qualifications and Requirements:
- College degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 3 years' relevant work experience in product sustainability and compliance.
- Knowledge and/or experience in Chemical Registration, WEEE Standards and ECMA.
- Highly organized, flexible and self-initiated.
- Knowledge and/or experience of Power BI is preferred.
