The technician will service your defective printer onsite and will make sure your printer meets Lexmark’s most stringent standards of quality and performance. This offering includes telephone and Web-based support, all parts and labour, and onsite service and testing.
Lexmark Onsite Service warranties can be purchased one time during the base guarantee of the product. One-year or two-year extensions, for up to four years of total coverage from the date of product purchase, may be available. Extensions must be purchased before the base warranty expires.
Extended warranties must be purchased before the previous warranty expires. If a lapse in warranty coverage occurs, there will be a prorated reinstatement charge.
