As senior vice president of Lexmark Ventures for Lexmark International, Tom Cavanagh is responsible for building new sales channels and partnerships not traditionally used in imaging. Working with product development and existing sales teams, he is focused on developing new opportunities to help broaden Lexmark’s paths to market.
Prior to joining Lexmark in August 2019, Cavanagh served as vice president and chief customer officer in Eastman Kodak Company’s Intellectual Property Solutions Division, focused on advanced materials and 3D printing. Before that he built and served as CEO of two start-ups: BuildLinks, a company that provides construction management cloud services to the homebuilding industry; and Net32, a web-based enterprise that delivers procurement efficiencies across the dental supply chain. He also worked as senior vice president of sales and business development for Element K. Early in his career, he served as a regional manager for Eastman Kodak.
Cavanagh received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Niagara University and a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University.
