IT Quality Analyst - Senior

As a member of the IT Quality Management Office (QMO) in IT Operations, the Senior Quality Analyst performs in all phases of IT's Solution Delivery Framework to ensure that solutions delivered into Lexmark production operations are reliable, performant, and meet business requirements.
Specific duties include:
Working with Project Managers, develop Test Strategies and Plans
Working with Business Analysts, understand business requirements and develop functional tests
Working with other IT functions, understands requirements for successful production operations and develops tests to validate and verify these non-functional requirements (e.g., Error-Handling, Fault Recovery, Monitoring, Performance, Security, and others)
Execute tests and report results to management and development personnel
Ensure delivered solutions transition from development into production support in accordance with established Change Control procedures
Mentor junior staff in Quality processes, procedures, and tools
This role will focus on overall quality and the delivery lifecycle of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Dynamics is strategically very important both Lexmark and IT. This role provides the following opportunities:

The position requires five or more years of experience as a Quality Assurance or Product Test professional with demonstrable experience in:
Creating Test Strategies and Plans
Developing functional test scripts and test sets
Test automation using LoadRunner, Quick Test Professional, Tosca and / or similar software tools
Test Management using HP Quality Center, ServiceNow, Tosca, and / or similar test management applications
A Bachelor’s degree (BS) or higher in a technical discipline is preferred and expected, but not specifically required if the appropriate levels of skill and experience in Quality Assurance and Testing can be demonstrated.
