Technical Product Owner

We believe that a strong, team-oriented environment is key to the success of any endeavor. This role will be part of the Identity Management and B2C team as part of our Shared Services organization.

This position will work closely with our Identity Management team and stakeholder teams across the organization to prioritize and bring program initiatives from idea-to-launch which improve the value proposition of defined products for our clients, customers, and patients.

Working closely with other technical product owners, product management, and software architects you will be responsible for gathering and defining software requirements through user epics and stories to meet the expected feature functionality

Additionally, this role will prioritize software development activities utilizing a SRE(Site reliability engineering) strategy for deployment within an Agile culture working with other software development teams. This role requires business and technical domain knowledge and understanding of the logistics processes, and systems within CIAM.

 

Essential Functions (Job Duties and Responsibilities):

Collaborate with other Technical Product Owners, and Development Architects and teams in refinement and defining feature functionality and acceptance criteria to meet product roadmap.

Lead the full product cycle of ideation, research, design, and construction within a SAFe Agile process developing and maintaining the product roadmap within features, epics, and stories.

Creates technical and feature roadmaps along with release planning, sprint goals, and grooming both technical and business functionality that meets multiple development projects and multiple internal customers.

Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to meet expected deliverables

Communicates with management and stakeholders on sprint and project milestones, KPIs, etc.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of technical/operational experience

Minimum of 3 years working in Agile gathering technical and business requirements as a product owner and/or scrum master

Minimum of 2 years working in any IT technical discipline within SDLC

Experience in industry regulations

Working knowledge of developing/deployment of applications within cloud systems (Azure, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology within the SDLC

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.

Strong analytical abilities, and able to put forward recommendations.

Able to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and resolve issues.
