Job Description:

The Global Digital Marketing Manager (e-tail) will be responsible for advertising activities with our e-tail partner community to target small businesses in the unassisted sales space and will be a member of the global marketing operations team. This person will work closely with Lexmark Channel Sales & Marketing teams (geo & local), external agencies, and representatives at resellers to help guide the success of our company on the various partner platforms. This role will work with the Global eCommerce Ads Strategist on the allocation of units to be sold by e-tail partner, budget to be allocated and expected return. Essentially, this role is responsible for defining the top to bottom of the funnel digital marketing tactics needed by partner website to meet sales volumes at the right unit mix to target the right customers at a profitable return rate.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign & sales data analysis to drive desired product mix and ROI
  • Maintain Product Content on selected e-tail partner platforms to improve CX and conversion rate
  • Budget monitoring
  • Inventory & Price management in conjunction with geo/local channel sales teams
  • Planning of search and display advertising campaigns rolled out on the e-tail partner websites
  • Ensure the regular receival of reporting to measure success and allow continuous optimization of campaigns
  • Drive revenue / sales of specified products in named accounts and improve web content to achieve higher ROI
  • Communicate sales progress / profitability internally, up through executive management
  • Promotional activity monitoring & analysis 
  • Collaborate closely with Analytics team to improve overall reporting on KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with Global eCommerce Ads team to ensure consistency and aligned execution


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of channel marketing / advertising experience in the technology industry with leading online retailers
  • High level logic and ability to clearly define objectives and success criteria for selected path to markets
  • Highly collaborative to drive change with other teams to ensure strategic alignment and success
  • Experienced to work with partners and management of related challenges to ensure execution of agreed plan
  • A positive attitude and willingness to accept and embrace the fast-paced changes and challenges of the technology industry
  • Unbiased approach to data analysis and a willingness to accept and adopt practices based on the results of data
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, interpersonal and presenting in English language, French language skills preferred but not a must
  • Self-starter that thrives on independent work and has a strong internal drive to ensure the best possible performance of path of markets in scope
