This position is a management role within the Shared Product Services group in the Connected Technology organization. Our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) team designs, builds and maintains all the access management flows for our Lexmark Cloud ecosystem. We are building a CIAM platform that enables Lexmark to create and launch new product features. Authentication is one of the most important components of our platform, making scaling and reliability a top priority for this team. As the CIAM Manager, you’ll guide the team to strong technical decision-making and meaningful career growth within this growing organization.
As the engineering manager of the team, you will:
Lead a team of local and remote based developers, across multiple geographies, ranging across experience levels.
Collaborate with your cross-functional peers to guide the product development process and help ensure we are building the right things at the right time.

5+ years of software development or equivalent experience on a cross-functional product development team.
2+ years of experience directly managing development teams (including providing mentorship, feedback, and investing in the career growth of your team members).
Technical background in building or maintaining products at scale.
Good general understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts
Experience collaborating with other engineering leaders and cross-functional team members
Experience with the technologies the team uses:
Single Sign On
Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services
MS Azure AD
Azure Boards (ADO)
Comfortable with associated disciplines of Security Policy and Governance
