An incident was observed Tuesday 11/17/2020.

The issue affected printers running previous versions of the Cloud Print Mangement apps that expected a different response format than modern apps. Lexmark Cloud Services has been updated to account for this difference.

All printers app versions are now able to log in. No action is required by customers for this issue. 

This has been resolved.

[Fix] Corrected an issue where older versions of the CloudAuth eSF App expected a different return type.

Two incidents were observed Monday 11/16/2020 following the Update 11/15/2020.

1. Unable to log in on printers running certain older versions of the CloudAuth app

2. Unable to submit hybrid print jobs from older Lexmark Print Management Clients (LPMC)

 

Both issues were addressed:

[Fix] Updated proxy to append missing content type headers for secure login code.

[Fix] Re-enabled an HTTP path in lpm-gateway that was previously removed.

[User Action] Due to an update to the Lexmark Cloud Services Dashboard on October 11th, some users may see the "Dashboard Unavailable" message when trying to access the dashboard.
This issue can be resolved by clearing the cache on the user's browser.

[Maintenance] Cloud Print Management eSF applications bundle is now available in the Lexmark Cloud Fleet Management application catalog.
This release is being deployed to prepare for future infrastructure changes, however this is not a required update.

Note: Redeploying an existing configuration that contains the Cloud Print Management applications will update the device to the new release.
