Analyze vast amount of financial and non-financial data and able to identify, summarize & assimilate trends or stories hidden in the numbers in order to recommend strategic hardware insights to key decision makers (Finance & Sales leadership) to facilitate informed outcome / results.
Perform Price-Vol-Mix (PVM) analysis, waterfall comparative analysis (period and / or P/L line elements) to determine business drivers and make recommendations.
Operational corroboration of hardware balance sheet levers, Inventory and AR activities.
Consolidate, report and package the North America Hardware performance at management level, augmented by / tie-backs to pertinent commercial operational activities.
Interface cross-functionally and globally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Corporate and Commercial Business functions.
Oversee and maintain processes driving continuous improvement of the North America Hardware P&L functions. These include Unit and P&L forecasting, monthly performance reporting, analysis, strategic and business planning, target setting and troubleshooting.
