Five Steps to Successful Print Management

Managed Print Services can generate significant cost reductions and improve corporate sustainability. But many enterprises aren't realizing the value of MPS because of organizational barriers to implementation or supplier limitations. This webinar outlines the five steps you can take to determine the potential savings that can be realized through MPS, overcome internal barriers to change, and implement a program that realizes the full value of MPS. Plus, you'll learn how Columbia Sportswear, a global leader in outdoor apparel, was able to cut their number of devices in half and eliminate non-networked copiers and fax machines.

Webinar attendees will learn the importance of selecting the right partner to:

  • Calculate printing costs for their enterprise
  • Evaluate costs against industry benchmarks and best practices to determine potential savings
  • Create a vision for MPS that reduces volumes and cost
  • Sell the vision
