1.  OVERVIEW

    This Readme file pertains to the current release of the LEXMARK
    ACCESSIBILITY SOLUTION.

    Lexmark Accessibility Solution is an embedded application that can be
    installed on printers that support the Lexmark Embedded Solutions Framework
    (eSF) v5.x.The Accessibility Solution provides a Web interface for all key
    printer functionality (Copy, Fax, E-mail, FTP, Scan to PC and Scan to Network) 
    for users who are blind, sight-impaired, or have muscular problems that make 
    use of the printer touch screen difficult or impossible.

3.  REQUIREMENTS

    a. A printer that supports eSF v5.x applications.

        Supported eSF v5.x printers include:

          * CX725
             * Required firmware level: ATL.030.036 or later

          * CX82x
             * Required firmware level: PP.030.036 or later

          * CX860
             * Required firmware level: PP.03.036a or later


    b.  Memory: The printer must have a minimum of 256MB RAM.


4.  LIMITATIONS AND COMPATIBILITY OF THE RELEASE
    
    * Initial release for multifunction products with a tablet-like
    touch-screen display.
