Configure a network printer

You configure your All-In-One for use on a network by setting its IP address. Your All-In-One may be attached to a network through a built-in, factory installed network interface (available on some specific printers), or through an optional external network adapter.

Note:

If the printer has been previously configured, it can be used without being reconfigured provided no one else is currently using that same IP address.

To configure your printer using the Printer Selection dialog:

  1. Open the 5200 Series Utility.
  2. From the menu bar, choose Advanced to display the Advanced menu.
