Adjust color settings

Instead of using the automatic settings, you can manually adjust the color settings for optimum color output.

  1. From your software application, choose File  Print....
  2. From the pop-up menu in the upper left corner, choose Color Options.
  3. Choose a Document Color:

    From the Document Color pop-up menu, choose:

    To:

    Color

    Print photos or documents with graphics

    Black Only

    Conserve ink and print your document in grayscale.
