Create a PDF

To create a PDF from Mac OS X versions 10.1.5 and 10.2:

  1. From the software application, click File  Print.... The Print dialog is displayed.
  2. From the Printer pop-up menu, choose 810 Series.
  3. From the pop-up menu in the upper left corner, choose Output Options.
  4. Select Save as File. The Format pop-up menu is activated.
  5. Choose PDF or PostScript.
  6. Click Save.

To create a PDF from Mac OS X version 10.2:

  1. From the software application, click File  Print.... The Print dialog is displayed.
  2. Click Save as PDF....
  3. Specify a filename for your document.
  4. From the Where pop-up menu, choose the location for your PDF.
  5. Click Save.
