Preview
Clicking Preview when you are in the Print dialog lets you view and review your documents before sending them to print. This is useful when working with photos.
- Click Thumbnails for a page-by-page view of your documents. Scroll up, down, left, and right to view all pages. Click a thumbnail to display it on the preview area.
- Click Zoom In to enlarge the image on the preview area.
- Click Zoom Out to reduce the image on the preview area.
- Click Rotate Left to rotate the image 90 degrees counterclockwise. The change in orientation is reflected in the thumbnails.
- Click Rotate Right to rotate the image 90 degrees clockwise.The change in orientation is reflected in the thumbnails.
- Click the arrows on the left side part of the dialog:

| Enter a specific range of pages that you want displayed on the preview area.
