LexExpress

Lexmark's overnight-exchange service. If you have a printer problem, call Lexmark's Technical Support Center at 1.888.LEXMARK (1.888.539.6275) or Submit a Support Request via the Web. Lexmark's highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved, Lexmark will air express an exchange printer to you the next business day. Upon receipt of the exchange printer, package the defective printer in the carton which contained the exchange printer, place the United Parcel Service (UPS) prepaid shipping label that was inside the box on the outside of the box, and take the printer to a UPS drop-off point, like Mailboxes, etc. or your local UPS office, for shipment back to Lexmark. Please note: If you call UPS to come and pick up the printer from your site, they will charge a pick-up fee. This fee is not refunded by Lexmark. If you prefer, your printer may be repaired and returned, rather than exchanged. In either case, Lexmark pays for all shipping charges.

LexOnSite Repair

Lexmark's next-day, on-site repair service. If you have a printer problem call Lexmark's Technical Spport Center at 1.888.LEXMARK (1.888.539.6275) or Submit a Support Request via the Web. Lexmark's highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved, we will dispatch a Lexmark trained technician to your location (usually the next business day) for printer repair. By purchasing a LexOnSite Repair extended warranty, a customer is eligible for on-site service during the term of the extension. If your original warranty was a carry in product, then you will be required to purchase a LexOnSite Repair Upgrade to cover your original warranty and any extended warranties purchased.

Note: Available in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, LexExpress and LexOnSite extended warranties can be purchased in one to four year extensions -- for up to five years of coverage from date of printer purchase. Extended warranties must be purchased before the previous warranty expires.
