Job Purpose/Mission/Summary

Drive system and application enhancements for business improvements. Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of system recommendations to meet requirements. Assignments typically include problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems to meet business and user requirements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives for MPS/CRM/RAR
  • Problem definition, evaluation of requirements, SAP solution design, solution configuration and validation, functional specifications to deliver new feature and user stories.
  • Document the functional design of the business requirements
  • Propose and review solution design with business for sign-off
  • Perform knowledge transfer to IT AMS
  • Provide training to business key users or super users
  • Follows process and project methodology, ensuring proper implementation and adoption
  • Drive the resolution of issues through partnering with BAS team
  • Advocates continuous improvement including identification of opportunities, adoption of best practices and standards
  • Development and execution of test plans for unit, functional and regression testing
  • Level 3 production support of critical incidents, when required

Competencies, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of revenue accounting in the context of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation solution
  • Appropriate level of Supply Chain and Finance
  • Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, testing, change management and post implementation support
  • Good analytical (root cause analysis) and problem-solving skills
  • Business Analysis skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and activities in a timely, organized manner
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team with diverse background
  • Must be a strong team player and can mentor team members to help them develop their skills and competencies
  • Effective training and work session facilitation capabilities
  • Effective English language skills, verbal and written communication
  • Uses appropriate confidentiality and able to disseminate information appropriately

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 plus years related work experience
  • SAP S/4HANA background/experience is a plus
