ICERTIS DEVELOPER

Job Purpose/Mission/Summary
The candidate will work in Lexmark Global IT as a Contract Lifecycle Management developer and will support the application as required. Candidate will be responsible for collaborating with global business users and other IT teams. The candidate is expected to understand key business objectives and IT delivery capabilities to provide CLM solutions using the iCertis platform.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT Business Analysts and key stakeholders in Lexmark Legal to implement CLM in the iCertis platform
- Plan and implement changes to contract types and templates
- Test proposed changes in a development environment and promote them to production
- Debug and troubleshoot issues with contracts, contract types, and templates
- Work with the vendor to understand product upgrade changes, establish possible risk, and communicate to stakeholders
- Develop and lead platform testing to ensure that iCertis upgrades work properly after upgrades and patches
- Troubleshoot issues with integrations, and interface with the vendor and other IT teams to resolve issues

- Ability to work independently with little supervision - based on requirement

A strong working knowledge and fundamental understanding of technical and industry best practices in the following areas:
- A basic understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management
- Familiarity with Contract Types and Templates as implemented in the iCertis platform.
- Ability to translate business requirements with complex business scenarios into changes to contracts, including attributes and rules
- Familiarity with working in a development lifecycle, including testing and promoting changes
- Understand iCertis security and user groups and the security model used
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, IT, MIS, or a similar field
- Work experience in onsite offshore model
- Experience with MS Word development mode
- IT Service Management (Incident/Change/Problem/Catalog Items)
- IT Business management. (IDEA/Demand/Project/Story/SCRUM TASK)
- ITIL V3/4 Certification or Knowledge
