The Rebates Manager for Claim to Closure under GBS Order to Cash organization ensures his / her team’s timely and accurate processing of claims of the partner or customer. This would entail adherence to the established policies (Global Policies and Procedures, Corporate Financial Policies) and commitment to quality and service level.
The role requires you to liaise with key stakeholders, process owners (Global Sub-Process Lead, Global Process Lead) and upstream and downstream counterparts to ensure efficiency of the team and applicability of the process.
