SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Purpose/Mission/Summary

The Senior Manager is a dynamic role entrusted with overseeing and optimizing key functions in the Site Support Operations with the core missions of Facilities Management, Property Management, Environmental Health & Safety, and Physical Security. Your mission is to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace, contributing to the overall well-being of the employees and tenants and the protection of organizational assets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Lead strategic planning and execution of facilities operations, maintenance, and space planning to create a conducive and functional work environment for Lexmark employees. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance the efficiency of workplace facilities.
  • Property Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of company-owned properties that include lease agreements and tenant relations. Develop and execute property strategies aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate property-related projects, renovations, and expansions.
  • Environmental Health and Safety (EHS): Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs and policies to maintain regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety. Facilitate risk assessments, audits, and training programs to mitigate workplace hazards and ensure the well-being of Lexmark employees and tenants. Drive a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement in EHS practices.
  • Physical Security: Design and implement robust physical security measures to safeguard company assets, employees, tenants, and visitors. Collaborate with security vendors and agencies, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging threats to continuously enhance security protocols.
  • Budgeting: Responsible for preparation and planning of annual property management (operating and capital) budgets. Monitor operating and capital expenses without compromising efficiency and quality.

  • Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with relevant technologies and systems in Facilities Management, EHS, Physical Security, and Property Management.
  • Risk Management – Ability to assess risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies in all areas of responsibility.

Education, Experience and Certification Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Finance, or an equivalent.
  • A Post Graduate Diploma would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing site-support functions like real estate, occupational health and safety, crisis management, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFM, CSP, CPP) would be advantageous.
