Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and detail oriented EMEA Bank Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of bank and corporate signers' processes, revalidation of WW Lexmark bank accounts, and collaboration with the WW Treasury team. This role also involves ensuring documentation and compliance with CFP303, management reporting, and driving continuous process improvement. 



Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Upkeep: Oversee the bank and corporate signers' process, ensuring all procedures are followed and updated as necessary.
  • Revalidation Process: Manage the revalidation process of the WW Lexmark bank accounts, ensuring all accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the WW Treasury team to ensure seamless financial operations and processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all documentation is in line with CFP303 regulations, maintaining strict compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Management Reporting: Prepare and present reports on financial status and progress in various aspects of the organization to senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Continually assess and improve financial processes, implementing changes where necessary to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes and regulations.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly strong in Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
