We also make sure to support the local communities we call home. With more than 100 offices around the world, we're global in nature, but also local at heart. Employees are encouraged to volunteer and become involved in charities and organizations so we can give back where it's needed most. To encourage this, each employee receives up to three paid volunteer days off per year to work with qualified agencies.

And, we strongly believe in creating a healthy work/life balance for our employees, so we offer flexible work schedules and no maximum limits on vacation—so they can take time to rest and recharge when needed.
