Scanner is not found or does not communicate with the computer

The software may be unable to locate the device. Make sure:

If the problem continues:

  1. Unplug the All-In-One from its power source and USB.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Plug the power back into the All-In-One.
  4. Plug the USB cable back in.
