Channel Marketing Manager ANZ

Job Summary

Through proactive and strategic involvement, develop, monitor, execute and improve Lexmark Channel offerings to ensure that Lexmark’s Channel Sales team and partners have the enablement required to further sales opportunities through the channel.  Manage the strategy and execution end-to-end by working with the ANZ Channel Sales team, Distributors, Partners and Lexmark Sales Enablement organisation and other key stakeholders as required.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Lexmark’s Channel offerings under the global Lexmark Connect Program, including yearly Marketing Plan, Strategy definition by working with the ANZ Channel Sales team, key Partners and Sales Enablement team, to promote Lexmark hardware, supplies, software and services as appropriate.
  • Create and maintain consistent processes and deliverables for product and offering launches for Lexmark’s ANZ channel partners, including Value Propositions, training materials, brochures, cheat sheets and other materials as required.
  • Define and evolve partner benefits to support Lexmark Connect offerings, with end-to-end seamless enablement for Lexmark’s Partners by working with key stakeholders including Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, Customer Service & Support, Order Management and Marcom & Design teams.
  • Plan and execute required Channel events including roadshows, training summits and other events as required by Channel Sales team, including event logistics and delivery, required marketing communications pieces, partner engagement and effectiveness.
  • Manage ANZ Market Development Fund and Co-Op Advertising Funds.  Work with Channel Sales, Partners, Sales Operations and Finance to drive impactful, end-to-end campaigns that deliver measured ROI.  Create required artwork and collateral by working with the Design team.  Create business outcome reports on MDF activity for Lexmark Business and partners to demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and execute channel training initiatives, including curriculum-setting, face-to-face initiatives, online content availability, reporting on training completion and evaluation of effectiveness by working with Sales Enablement, Channel Sales team and Customer Support teams.
  • Leverage and execute on Lexmark’s Everyday Achievers sales incentive program to drive partner engagement and boost sales outcomes.
  • Plan, develop and execute Channel Communications and Content strategy, utilising Lexmark’s PartnerNet portal and newsletter functionality to deliver frequent, timely, relevant and impactful communications to Lexmark Partners.
  • Drive competitive intelligence gathering via the channel on pricing models, channel offerings, events, launches and other intelligence to drive best practice partner enablement and engagement.
  • Complete additional projects and tasks as requested by the Sales Enablement Manager.

 

Key Requirements / Skills / Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in a same or similar role within the Print, IT or Consumer Electronics industry
     
  • High level IT industry knowledge
     
  • Proven experience in development and execution of partner strategy and offering development
     
  • Proven experience in Partner campaign development, execution and management
     
  • Highly developed PC skills with SalesForce, Adobe Experience Manager and Eloqua experience desirable
     
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively with a diverse set of stakeholders
     
  • Passion for strategic thinking combined with executional capability
     
  • Highly effective time management and organisational skills, with excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
     
  • Keen attention to detail
     
  • Tertiary qualified in Marketing or a Business related field
