Lexmark Cartridge Collection Program

Recycling for companies

Medium to high use customers

Sustainable options for companies as part of the circular economy

Lexmark is making great strides in resources preservation while helping you reduce waste and increase the number of remanufactured products.

Container programme: on site cartridge collection

EMEA Ecobox Program

For companies needing to recycle more than 40 cartridges at one time, we’ll deliver the right-size containers directly to you and pick them up when they’re full of empty Lexmark cartridges. We take care of everything so you can stay focused on your business.

You can also place consumables or small spare parts inside your container. Please be sure to balance the number of Lexmark parts and cartridges to distribute the weight. If you find that your container is too full or too heavy, we recommend using multiple containers for health and safety reasons.

Medium containers measure 40 x 40 x 83 cm and can hold 10 cartridges. Large containers measure 60 x 40 x 83 cm and can hold 15 cartridges.

Ecobox programme: cartridges postal return

EMEA LCCP postal box

The Ecobox is a postal programme dedicated to subsidiaries, small agencies or shops that have very limited space. This box can contain up to five cartridges maximum, and the postal shipment is pre-paid by Lexmark. Once a box is full, simply drop it off at your nearest post office. To enroll this programme, please contact your local Lexmark sales representative.

Fusers and imaging kits

For individual returns of fusers and imaging kits weighing less than 6 kg, please fill out the following form.

Eco-Report

You can track your progress easily thanks to our eco-report, which measures and highlights your environmental success on a regular basis. Ask your sales representative to share your eco-report.

This Lexmark Cartridge Collection Programme is operated and financed by Lexmark. This is our contribution to resources preservation and a true example of circular economy’s best practices where the value of the cartridge and materials is maintained for as long as possible. Lexmark established the LCCP programme in addition to any contractual or statutory environmental regulation such as the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive. Any contractual or statutory waste disposal option that the end-user may be entitled to use remains unaffected.
