Expand paper input and reduce reloads with this optional 250‑sheet input tray. Add up to two trays on supported models for added paper capacity.

Media Support

Supported sizes include A4, A5 (portrait and landscape), A6, Letter, Legal, Folio, Oficio (Mexico), Executive, Statement, JIS B5, Hagaki and a variety of envelope formats such as 7¾, 9, 10, DL, C5, B5, Monarch and other envelope sizes. Duplex printing is supported on standard paper sizes, including Letter, A4, Legal, Folio and Oficio. The optional 250‑sheet tray handles a wide range of media types, including plain, recycled, glossy and heavy glossy paper, along with bond, letterhead, preprinted, coloured, light, heavy and rough cotton paper. Envelope printing, paper labels and custom media types are also supported. Paper weights range from 60 gsm to 162 gsm, with duplex printing supported up to 105 gsm.

Location

The optional 250‑sheet tray installs beneath the printer, adding an extra paper input source and supporting expanded configurations.

Sensing

Built‑in tray sensing helps keep printing running smoothly by detecting when the tray is installed, monitoring low paper levels and supporting narrow media handling.
