1-Year Return-to-Base Renewal, 5-7 Business Days

You may decide that your business needs a higher service level guarantee. In such cases, you can upgrade a Return-to-Base Guarantee to Onsite Service. Your service will be upgraded immediately after registration, including during the base guarantee period.

Return-to-Base Guarantees can be purchased one time during the base guarantee of the product. One-year, two-year or three-year extensions, for up to four years of total coverage from the date of product purchase, may be available.

Following the extended-guarantee period, a renewal guarantee may be purchased for one year at a time as long as the product is supported by Lexmark.
