The  Master Data Management (MDM) Quality Analyst will maintain global data standards, and support governance processes.  Monitor and ensure data integrity within Customer and Vendor Systems.   Represents Lexmark as a key subject-matter expert  and resource for  Customer Master Data Management

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that Customer and Vendor Master Data, that is entered into the systems,  is made in accordance to the prevailing specifications and standards
  • Define and manage Customer and Vendor Master Data quality profiling, monitoring and reporting
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to monitor and measure actual data quality and process effectiveness of Customer Master Data
  • Develop training modules for repetitive issues discovered through the various tools
  • Assist with defining the solutions to satisfy the business and functional requirements, using best practices and guidelines 
  • Develop and implement standards for Customer Master Data; facilitate and manage standards for Vendor Master Data
  • Responsible for overall quality of Customer Data elements
  • Responsible for maintaining common vocabulary for the Customer and Vendor Master Data areas
  • Provide guidance in identifying and defining  Customer and Vendor Master Data requirements

 Education and Skills:

  • Experience working with master data, in both centralized and hybrid modules
  • Bachelor’s Degree,  preferred
  • 5-10 Years’ experience in a similar position, preferred
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, and other customer facing systems; experience working with MDM (Master Data Management) a plus
  • Competence in finding, manipulating, managing, and interpreting data
  • Ability to design and implement a plan or process in order to reach a solution
  • Thorough understanding of relationships between Lexmark’s systems and databases
  • Able to query and use advanced database tools
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; should have the ability to work with complex calculations
  • Ability to communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language
  • Ability to change direction quickly based on data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Should be able to effectively interact with multiple IT teams and business partners, both formally and informally
  • Able to perform complex analysis using spreadsheets and other tools
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Able to work within a matrix organization; team focused
