Lexmark 2200 Series Utility

The Lexmark 2200 Series Utility is the central software for your All-In-One maintenance and other related tasks. With the Lexmark 2200 Series Utility, you can:

• Install the print cartridges
• Align the print cartridges
• Clean the print cartridge nozzles
• Print a test page
• View version information and regional setting
• Select a printer
• Add a remote network printer
• Configure a network printer

You can access the Lexmark 2200 Series Utility by following any of the following steps:

• From the Finder window, choose Go  Applications  Utilities  Print Center. On the Printer List dialog, select your All-In-One from the list, and then click Configure (Mac OS X version 10.2.3 or later only.)
• From your desktop, double-click the Lexmark 2200 Series folder  Lexmark 2200 Series Utility. If the folder is not on your desktop, reinstall the All-In-One software.
• Click on the All-In-One Center software dialog, if available.
• From your software application, choose File  Print. From the pop-up menu in the upper left, choose Printer services. Click the Lexmark 2200 Series Utility button.




Click	Then select	To:
Cartridges tab	Install/Change Cartridge	Specify cartridge settings in the All-In-One software when installing or changing a cartridge.
	Align Cartridges	Align the cartridges.
	Clean Print Nozzles	Improve print quality by cleaning clogged print nozzles.
	Print Test Page	Verify that your All-In-One is functioning properly.
	Order Supplies	Order supplies, such as print cartridges, from the Lexmark Web site.
	Offers	Access the Lexmark Web site for product offers (United States and Canada only)
About tab		View version information and regional setting of your All-In-One software.
Advanced Menu	Select Printer	Select a printer and make it the default printer. Find the IP (Internet Protocol) address for the selected printer. Add a printer located on a remote subnet. You can add a single printer or search the subnet for all available printers. For more information, see Printer Selection dialog.
	Network Printer Configuration	Configure a network capable printer. View a list of network printers. For more information, see Network Printer Configuration dialog
