Print cards

  1. Load cards.
  2. Customize the settings in the Page Setup dialog.
    1. From the software application, choose File  Page Setup.
    2. From the Format for pop-up menu, choose 5200 Series.
    3. From the Settings pop-up menu, choose Page Attributes.
    4. Choose a card size. For help, see Choose a paper size.
    Print borderless photos on cards by choosing any of the card sizes supported by borderless printing.
    1. Select an orientation.
    2. Click OK.
  3. Customize the settings in the Print dialog.
    1. From the software application, choose File  Print.
    2. From the Printer pop-up menu, choose 5200 Series.
    3. From the pop-up menu in the upper left corner, choose Quality & Media.
      • Choose a paper type.
      • Note:

        Your All-In-One has a Paper type sensor. If Automatic is not chosen in the Paper Type pop-up menu, choose Glossy/Photo for photo cards and Plain for other types of cards.

      • Select a print quality. Click Automatic or Photo for photo and greeting cards and Normal for other types of cards.
      • Note:

        When set to Automatic, your All-In-One prints the document using the print quality specified for the paper type loaded. You can Select a print quality other than Automatic.

    4. Click Print.

The Paper exit tray holds up to 25 cards. To print more than 25 cards, remove the first 25 cards, and then continue printing. To prevent smudging, remove each card as it exits the All-In-One, and let it dry before stacking.
