Marketing Description

Lexmark Forms Card is designed to work exclusively with the Lexmark Document Solutions Suite to provide printer-based electronic forms support with Lexmark printers.

Lexmark Forms Manager

Use Lexmark Forms Manager v3.3 to upload and manage forms, to update firmware and to change the mode (Print, Data Capture, Disabled, Archive* and Print, and Archive* Only) of the card. *Archive modes require a hard disk.

Consideration

This card precludes the installation and use of a Bar Code, Card for IPDS or SCS/TNe, Card for PRESCRIBE or Lexmark PrintCryption Card. This card is installed in the single connector which is also used for these parts.

Forms designed with Optra Forms can be converted to Lexmark Composer forms using tools provided through Lexmark Technical Support. Lexmark can provide assistance with this conversion.
