The purpose of the Technical Rotation Program (TRP) is to recruit and hire top, diverse, entry level talent, and expose them to various parts of the business in order to better prepare them for future technical and/or managerial leadership roles. The Technical Rotation Program is a two-year program during which participants will rotate through three, eight-month rotations. At the end of the program, participants are placed in an area of the business that matches their background and interests. The TRP is open to upcoming graduates in Electrical Engineering.  This position will be in Boulder, Colorado.

Rotations in Electrical Engineering can range from process development in Lexmark supplies manufacturing to programming controls. Typical rotations will support of electrical systems in an automated manufacturing environments, automated controls programming and exposure to cross-functional multidisciplinary projects. The applicant will gain an understanding and appreciation of analog & digital design, process instrumentation, electrical systems troubleshooting, project management, and front end or back end programming.

  • Electrical System Troubleshooting
  • NEC Hazard Classifications, NEC Codes and Electrical Safety

Requirements:  

  • BS and/or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering  
  • Must graduate or be a recent graduate from an accredited university (years 2023, 2022, or 2021)  
  • Related work experience as an intern or co-op is preferred  
  • Have a strong capacity for learning and outstanding leadership and team skills  
  • A diverse background of skills/experiences is a plus
