Portfolio manager Andy Mattice wins Lexmark’s top employee award for going above and beyond

Andy Matticeopens in a new tab isn’t your average portfolio manager for retail software.

He’s actually a coder in disguise.

Software coding skills he gained from a previous role were essential recently when a Lexmark customer critically needed a Lexmark Retail Publishing Platform technical integration that was on the roadmap but wasn’t immediately available. Because the development team had its hands full with other projects, Mattice took things into his own hands – literally. He coded the integration himself — saving time and resources and going above and beyond to support a customer.

“If a Lexmarker I’m working with is overburdened, I will go out of my way to make sure they succeed,” Mattice said. “To me, it elevates everything we do and helps us move forward and be better together.”

There are so many people who are doing their best work to serve our customers.
