Equity
We are fans of giving chances. In the past years at Lexmark, we have welcomed everyone who joined our team with the same attitude and care. The different cultures, stories, and work techniques only made this company stronger and more creative. We provide comfort and a safe place for all people of different ages and races, the members of the LGBTQ+ community and ethnic or cultural minorities. We attend the Pride march, but it’s only a day in the year. Our commitment goes well beyond that: the GALE initiative or the frequent Diversity Days are good examples of everyday support.
Skills
We’re constantly learning while working. At Lexmark, we place great emphasis on sharing and improving our skills. This is why we started all the training programs like LexLearn and have a skill-based volunteering platform. This way, you’re going to learn from us, and we'll learn from you.
