Has my order shipped?

Lexmark.com gives you the power to track your order anytime. All we need to do is find the applicable order. Just enter the information below, and when your order appears, click on the tracking number.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship inside the United States and its territories, Guam and the Virgin Islands. We currently do NOT ship to Puerto Rico.

I live outside the US—will I have to pay customer fees?

The Lexmark online store currently does not ship to Puerto Rico or outside of the United States.

When will my backordered items ship?

We make every effort to run an efficient warehouse and stock most of our items ready to ship in days. However, occasionally an item will be backordered. The average backordered item ships in 1–2 weeks.

You will receive e-mail notification as soon as the product ships. As a reminder, your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed my order?

Unfortunately, you can not change your shipping address after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately sent to the fulfillment agency and can no longer be changed by our system. Rest assured, however, that if your order is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse and Lexmark will credit your account.

Can I change my shipment method after I’ve placed my order?

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes as primary shipping addresses. However, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses.

If I want my expedited order to ship the same day, what time do I need to order by?

In-stock orders placed, using Next Business Day or 2 Business Days, on or before 3 P.M. EST will typically ship out the same business day. Due to order processing times this is not guaranteed.

What is the shipping surcharge?

Because some Lexmark items are uniquely heavy or unusually sized, shipping them requires an additional surcharge. This includes laser printers, multifunction printers, laser printer accessories, and a few other products.

How are the shipping charges calculated?

We try to make shipping as efficient as possible, and as simple as possible too. Please use the following chart to calculate your order’s shipping rate:

Shipping Restrictions

Some products that are available on Lexmark.com may be subject to special rules. Lexmark.com identifies these products as having certain "Shipping Restrictions".

Why am I beging charged a shipping surcharge?

Because some Lexmark items are very heavy or unusually sized, shipping them requires an additional surcharge. This includes laser printers, multifunction printers, laser printer accessories, and a few other products. If the order does not designate a shipping surcharge then you are only charged shipping and handling charges published in the shipping charges table.

If my order weighs a lot, how is it shipped?

Select models which are very heavy will be shipped by Less Than Truckload (LTL) carriers. Lexmark.com identifies those models that require shipment by LTL carrier. These models are identified on the product detail page with a message appearing above the pricing. The message states, "Shipping restrictions apply. Please see Shipping Restrictions FAQ in the Related Links section below."

Can I expedite (i.e. Air Ship) an order that is designated with Shipping Restrictions?

No, in order to keep your costs down, models marked with Shipping Restrictions will only be shipped by LTL, and there is no air or expedited shipping options available at this time.

Can I ship an order to Alaska or Hawaii that has Shipping Restrictions?

Unfortunately not at this time. Models designated with Shipping Restrictions can only be shipped within the US 48 states. No shipments to APO, AK, HI or US Territories.

When can I expect my order if is designated with Shipping Restrictions?

Transit times may vary with LTL shipments. The carrier may call for a delivery appointment.

If an order is marked with Shipping Restriction, do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes, for the customers protection, these shipments require customer signature and inside delivery.
