Important note: We’ve recently updated our site to better serve our customers. So, we need to look in different spots to find your order, depending on when you placed the order. If you purchased from lexmark.com before September 26, 2020, please contact Lexmark Customer Service.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We currently do not accept international credit cards.
For any physical product you order (as opposed to downloads, warranties, etc.), we will not bill your card until your order is actually shipped. This includes backordered or preordered items, as well as items shipped separately—we will bill your card only when each item is shipped.
The charge will appear on your credit card as: CDW Canada Please refer to CDW terms and conditions for more information.
This depends on your order, where you are ordering from, and where you are shipping to. But don’t worry, we take care of it for you during checkout—immediately after you have entered your billing and/or shipping address, we will calculate any applicable sales tax and add it to your total for you to review.
Sales tax Exemptions: We will gladly credit sales tax for tax exempt entities. Just email us your receipt or order number and a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address. Please email your certificate to myaccountCA@lexmark.com
View order history in My Account page and click "My Orders"
We only accept credit cards.
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.
If you are ordering a physical product (as opposed to downloads, warranties, etc.), a shipping information page will be included during checkout. This is where you can enter a separate shipping address and choose your shipping method.
There are several potential reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit. Or a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank’s end, may have encountered a machine error.
If you do have problems, you can contact Customer Service for assistance. Please provide them any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping cart.
