Has my order shipped? gives you the power to track your order anytime. Simply log in to your My Account page and click on “Order Status”. When your order appears, to review your estimated delivery date, just click on the tracking number. View your order history by logging into My Account page and click "My Orders"

When will my backordered items ship?

Most items are ready to ship in a few days. However, occasionally an item will be backordered. The average backordered item ships in 1–2 weeks.

You will receive email notification as soon as the product ships. As a reminder, your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address or shipment method after I’ve placed my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address or shipment method after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately sent to the fulfillment agency and can no longer be changed by our system. Rest assured, however, that if your order is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse and Lexmark will credit your account.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes as primary shipping addresses.
