Software Engineer Student (summer upperclassman)

Student position in the field of Software Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Updating and modifying web based data reporting and recording systems
• Strong ability to coordinate within a team organization with other programmers and engineers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interface with all levels of the organization and product documentation that is usable in production
• Will work in a team environment to design, select and develop web applications

Preferred skills:

• Ideal candidate would be at least a third year student
• Proficiency with developing web applications using Javascript and Mongo DB
• Familiarity with Javascript frameworks
• Familiarity with developing on Linux based systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
• Positive attitude and approach to problem solving

Required:

Student working towards B.S. in Computer Engineering or Computer Science

GPA > 3.0
