Working in manufacturing at Lexmark has provided me with challenging, problem-solving scenarios and most importantly, access to training/tools needed to solve them. Lexmarkers care about each other and our customers. My managers have always supported work-life balance, the importance of family matters and offered flexible work arrangements when possible. Working in client services can sometimes require a lot of travel, odd hours, and the occasional weekend, so working for an employer that supports flexible work arrangements has been key to being able to create balance as the mom of three kids.
